Je pratique la photographie depuis mes années étudiantes, comme un moyen d’expression mêlant science et sensibilité artistique. Inspiré par des photographes néerlandais, allemands et américains des années 1980 à aujourd’hui, j’explore l’abstraction : des lignes épurées aux structures complexes.
Mes images interrogent aussi les liens entre les sociétés et leur environnement, qu’il soit urbain ou naturel.
Après une carrière d’enseignant-chercheur à l’Institut Agro de Rennes, je me consacre désormais à la photographie contemporaine en tant qu’artiste-auteur indépendant.

I have been practicing photography since my student days, as a means of expression combining science and artistic sensibility. Inspired by Dutch, German, and American photographers from the 1980s to the present, I explore abstraction: from clean lines to complex structures.
My images also question the links between societies and their environment, whether urban or natural.
After a career as a professor and researcher at the Institut Agro in Rennes, I now devote myself to contemporary photography as an independent artist and author.
